Year Round Rates
$125 per night based on double occupancy.
$20 for each additional person (max. 4 people in cabin).
Kids under 8 stay for free.
Rates plus 5% Mat-Su Borough bed tax.

Weekly Rate: 7 nights for the price of 6 nights.
"Sourdough" Rate: (Alaska residents only!). Please inquire.

My Alaska Cabin sleeps 2 people comfortable in the upstairs sleeploft or on the pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa downstairs. The cabin has a small bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchenette with two propane burners and mini oven, a coffee maker, dishes, and pots and pans. Use the BBQ-Grill in front of the cabin for an "outdoor style" meal. Linens and towels are provided, as well as the morning coffee and tea. There is a TV with DVD-player (bring your own movie, or ask if you can check out our small library of DVD-movies).

Reservations & Policy:
To make a reservation, we require a $50 deposit that is non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the amount of your first night's stay. If you cancel on the day of your scheduled arrival or if you cancel any remaining reserved nights, we charge for the nights you stayed with us, plus we have a 72 hour cancellation policy counting from the day you cancel your stay.

Cabin rules:
- Please, take shoes off inside the cabin.
- NO smoking inside the cabin!
- Please keep the cabin neat and clean–just the way you found it.
- Please conserve energy whenever you can, and help protect the environment.

Winter Only: All friendly dogs are welcome, but ONLY when there's snow on the ground! ($15/dog/night. Max. 2 dogs. No dogs unsupervised in the cabin! No dogs locked up in car on our property!) We keep the cabin VERY neat and clean. - YOU are responsible for any damages caused by you or your dog. You have to inform us at the time of the booking, if you are bringing a dog.
